I am back!

haha..I have been busy doing up my personal web page for my property career. That's why no update here for VERY long time. haha..paisey..

Actualy also nothing much to update. It has been a very challenging time in my career due to the market situation. But I believe that God can make it possible for those who has faith and trust in Him.

June's Birthday

Tonight was really fun. haha..Have not been gathering with my gamg for quite awhile la..pardon me from using "Singlish". haha..they are real fun and most of us miss the time when we are in W403..haha..of course that including me..lol

haha..June should feel honor as I have not been planning for any sarbo for the past few months after I transferred to CCH4..haha..DUNO who will be next..lol..I prefer a birthday celebration with sarbo..its more fun and make it unique for that person. I still remember most of my birthday celebration in church. Every year wtih different kind of sarbo..lol..

Looking forward to the next gathering..Maybe is Winnie (da sao)'s birthday in July. haha..ooops..long time didn't address her as da sao la..haha..

To my ex-W403 friends, looking forward to see everyone becoming millionaire!

Helpless!

Joanne and I were told that W11 will start at 10am as we have some game stores setup in church for the kids. We waited till 10.15 but the bus still not around. So I tried to call James, XinWei, Paul, Lynn, Susan, XiWei, Tracy..NONE of them pick up my call. And we continue to wait, finally Tracy called back and told me that her bus also not around (10.30am). Thereafter, James called back after i gave him for anout 7-8 miss calls. So I told him the bus is not yet arrived. He checked with XinWei and told me that the bus will reach at 11am instead (miscommunication). Feel so helpless at that point of time. So I started praying to God!

Thank God the bus reached at 10.50 and we left immediately to pick the kids. So we manage to reach church at 11.50 and the kids have about 20 mins to play the games.

Thank God for those teachers who made and plan for the game stores. =Þ YOU ARE THE BEST!

In the evening, I went to my ex-colleague's wedding dinner. After know him for 5 years, this is the first time seeing his wife..lol..n we have a great gathering with my ex-colleagues. Kind of treasure the time we had when I was still in T-est. haha..

Looking forward to tomorrow showflat duty though the market is quite quiet. haha..can have a great time of fellowship with my fellow colleagues.

My silly mistake

Today I sacrifice my working hour (1pm-6pm) to serve in the Crazy Art Fest. Really believing God for a miracle when I put Him (church) first. Bible says "Seek first the kingdom of God, and everything shall be added unto me!" Believing for a miracle that my buyer can buy a dream home with the best price ever! =Þ

Come back to the art fest, Joanna ask me if I am able to serve in bus "S1" return trip. I agreed to it and end up I forgot about a BASIC rule of busing. "Kids below 8 not allow to go home by themselves." After I ended the trip, Joanna and Joy called me and check out with me where is Jade as the mum called them and ask how come she is still not home. Thank God the mum found her downstair at the block itself.

I find that this is a silly mistake! WHAT IF the kid is missing, then I will be the one to blame. But really thank God she is safe.

Thank God

Nothing much to update. Just want to thank God that I am one of the top six producers for the month of April in my branch. haha..PTL!!

I would like to excel more in this career and take this opportunity to thank my manager and branch manager for their endless help! They don't just provide me with the fish but instead they teach me how to fish. =Þ

Looking forward to tomorrow as my manager will be back from her holiday..lol

First Floridian duty

Today is my 1st duty in Floridian as part of the DTZ marketing team. 3 different companies are marketing this project. There are total of about 15 agents (Far East marketing team, JLL and DTZ.).

But that there are ONLY 2 groups of buyer came to visit the showflat for the whole day (from 10am-6pm). Furthermore, 1 group is brought by Michael (marketing team ic).

We spend 1st 2 hours to study the showflat. The layout, floor plan, orientation, wet and dry kitchen, etc. The rest of time time spend in talking to the more experience agents and Joe who is working in DTZ Resi team. They shared with me their experience few years ago (up to 14 years), how they advertise on newspaper. Waiting for the co-broke agents or buyer to page them. Keep in mind there is no mobile phone 14 years ago. So they standby at the public phone in a coffeeshop to return calls. And they have gone through the good and bad markets.

Definition of Good and Bad market:
Good-1 advertisement can receive 100 calls and close deal within 1 day.
Bad - NO transaction in the market (year 2000)

My next duty will be on 10th May 2008 (Sat). So if you have any friends who is looking for investment or own staying at Bukit Timah area. Please do bring them down to the showflat (Bukit Timah road, beside Nexus). Do call me and let me know before hand. So that I can prepare all the information and I can serve him/her more effectively.

PTL Day

Look at my "Title", it sounds like a good and happy day! But the fact is, it is NOT! Then people will start to ask why I still Praise The Lord? The reason is bible says we should praise the Lord at ALL time! Good and bad time, we should give thanks to God!

After all these, finally it comes to the diary la..haha =Þ

Yesterday, I have arranged a viewing at 10am at Bukit View. My client and I reached on-time. But the co-broke agent and the owner's maid (whom suppose to open the door) was late. So My client says "She is not going to wait anymore" after waiting for 15 mins and she walked back to her car and left the project. I apologized on behalf of the other agent before she left. I thank God that I was not the one who late. Or else, I don't think I can continue to serve her as my client.

After the viewing, Ling Ling called me and says Allen got into a motor-bike accident with a class 4 lorry last Sun and going through an operation at 11am. I went to visit him at NUH at around 4.30pm. I was shocked when I saw his condition (worse that what I imagine). But I really thank God that the operation is successful!

As for today, I am preparing my "homework" for the showflat duty. I am looking forward to my 1st duty tomorrow. =) Thank God for this opportunity to learn new things!

Bazaar day

After serving today, I may not be able to serve in Sun Expo CCH for the next few weeks as 1 of the weekend (Sat or Sun) will be having duty @ Floridian show flat. For those who read my blog, please do refer ur friend to me if he/she is looking for investment for new condo at Off Bukit Timah Road..haha..I will be be stationing at the showflat about 2 to 3 days a week.

I am looking forward to it as I can learn something new BUT in the other hand, I cannot serve in Sat JW service if I am on duty on Sat (just like this week) and I will definitely be unable to serve in Expo CCH on Sun. I will miss my kids and the teachers in the service. =Þ

After serving, I went for dinner with Gary, Tim, YiJie, Geraldine and Susan at Airport T2 staff canteen. I ate the Jap food. It was quite nice. After that, we met Jon at Swensen as Tim has $40 vouchers. We ate sinful dessert (ice cream)..haha..n 3 of them ordered topless 5. The waitress actually mix up and somehow YiJie got 1 scoop of FREE ice cream..haha..N each of us need to top up only $3!

Then accompany a xiao mei to PS to service her Samsung mobile. Thank God for the quality fellowship with her..haha..=)

And lastly, I went to Holland Village's bazaar to look for my mum. She brought some 2nd hand stuff (mine and hers) to sell. We sold till around 8pm. Thank God I earn $25 just by selling all my old stuff. If I don't sell, I will leave it one corner at home..haha

Labour Day

Today went to Sentosa with the CCH frds..it was really FUN and ENJOYABLE time together with them..haha..

I reached Vivo at around 1pm. But I reach Sentosa at 3pm+..WHY?? haha..It is for me and someone to know and for the others to find out..LOL

We played volleyball, swimming in the pool and lots more. And today then I know that YuHao was a volleyball player in School during his Secondary school time..He played quite well la..

The sad thing is almost all the sisters hand for "blue-black" after playing beah volleyball with the "ang mo" team. Guess they all hit very hard!

And of course ALL of us got sun burn, the worst is Mei Wen. Her face really VERY red. Geraldine say like "chicken wings". Cause need to put oil and BBQ then put oil and BBQ again..similiar scenario for Mei Wen as she put sun block oil then go suntan then spray more oil then go suntan again..haha..

Thanks Mei Wen for booking a room in Sentosa chalet. Looking forward to other outings.

What-A-Day

AAHHHH!!! Finally can throw my temple la..=)

Early in the morning suppose to meet my client, when I reach her office, her worker told me she left about 1 hour ago..so I called her, she told me that she left la..just get the keys from Mary and I can go la..I am suppose to pass her some documents and need to fax to another guy and let him sign the letter. My commission is help up because of this document.

Then I suppose to have a viewing with Johnny at 2pm. Then last minute the co-broke agent told me the owner is not free, so got to postpone to Wednesday.

As the viewing is cancelled, so I go back to office to prepare for the late afternoon viewing with a tenant. So I double confirmed with the teanat, and all the other agents regarding the viewings @ Bukit View. The tenant told me she is not sure the way to the project, she ask me to go to her home (Pandan Valley) to guide her over.

I make my way to Pandan Valley to meet my client. When I reached, i gave her a ring, and guess what..she got into a car accident and being held up over there. So got to CANCEL all the viewings.

So I sms all the agents and 1 of them replied "I am already there!", I replied "Nobody can predict as it is an accident!"

That's not all, I got scolded by 1 of my client regarding some late payment by the tenant.

After all, really thank God for JianNing, he accompany me for dinner at Swensen (Causeway Point). Though is on my treat la..haha..=)

Really pray and hope that tomorrow will be a better day!

Memorable day

Why I post the title as memorable today?? haha

1st, I woke up super early. The earliest weekday after I switch as a property agent. The time is 6.45am..haha..I was meeting my client 9.30 at Tampines (her office)..haha

2nd, arranged for 3 days for viewing in a single day..haha..Fri all the way to Sun..haha..

3rd, my mum 1st time going for Chinese Church CG meeting..haha..I accompany her today. And saw few familiar faces. 1 is my ex-kid's mum. Another is ZhiXun's kids grandparents..haha..then I also visited Sueyi's kid, Eltan..haha..I went to attend CG and end up visiting Zhixin's and Sueyi's kids..lol..

Isit that a memorable day? =)

NWVC-day

Today went for excursion with my W11 kids to New Water Visitor Centre. It was quite a fun trip. Thank God it is a sheltered place as it was raining cat n dog outside.

I get to know Tricia (princess) from W03, though she is still in Children Church, but she is also attending CG and Jurong West English service. Somehow, she like to "di siao" me for no reason. Haha..Keep asking me a secret of mine..Haha..Asking for my age..LoLx

Guess what, today I travel from the West to East, back to West, then to East, back to the West again..Haha..=)

Lastly, I would like to talk about Pst Kong's preaching. Is about prayer. It is really so important for a believer to pray. It should become our lifestyle. Looking forward to tml Chinese Church. I will be accompanying my mum again. Pray n hope that soon my mum will be independent. So I can go back to serve in Expo Children Church. =)

3 in 1

21-3-2008 (Monday) is a VERY fruitful day. I closed 3 deals in ONE day! First at around 10.30am, second at 6.30pm and last one was at 10.30pm..PTL!

Firstly, I really thank God that He will never be late! I was actually wondering how can I fulfill my BF as I disn't close any deals for the pass 1 month ++. So these deals just come on time as the last month of BF is on April.

Secondly, I thank God for his blessing, I have earned an amount equivalent to 3 months salary base on my ex-job in just ONE day. haha.. =)

Lastly, thank God for His define time. For the early evening deal, if I don't the deal on that day, I may need to share the commission with another agent la..Of course, I get 100% from both landlord and tenant. For the late night deal, if I don't close by that day, the landlord will get back the keys and get another agent to serve her.

PRAISE THE LORD!

SAD-urday

Saturday was a BAD day to start of..early in the morning, get scolded by W11 driver due to change of route. I am just following the instruction given by my transport head. But the driver is not happy and scolded me! He say this will be the last time I go to the addition route. If you want to go there next week onwards. I will NEVER go. Even if the church inform his company's incharge, he will ask the incharge to change driver. sigh..

At around 12 noon on the same day, my client (the landlord) sms me to say she is not going to accept the offer. It is just a small step to close the deal! I have even collected the cheque from the tenant and the document is signed by them. But the document will only be approved after both the landlord and tenant signed on it. If the landlord is not going to except that terms and condition. It will be very hard to rent the shop for her as this will happen to the next tenant as long as there is a change of use.

But overall, I really want to thank God for the preaching of the word in both CCH and ENU service. CCH teach about how to handle stress (Let go and let God, Share with othes) and of course the preaching by Pastor Tan. I feel so encourage in the evening. And I also want to thank God for the friends that has encourage me on that day! (you know who you are..haha)

I really love to blog now as I can throw all my feeling here..hehe..Thank God for blogger!

Tiring days

These few days has been very tiring and stressful..haha..wana take a break after EASTER..but I can't! Got to work everyday..

Thank God bible says "Do not grow weary in doing good, in deal season, you can real your harvest!

I have learn in CG today when I desire the level of anointing, I need to have a higher degree of surrender. That means I will have a higher level of trials and tribulations! haha..There is a price to pay for any GOOD thing!

For ministry, basically I have visitied on Tue (Petir area), going to visit on Thur and Fri (Teck Whye area). And of course my CG is on Wed which is today!

Overall, just want to thank God for giving me the supernatural strength these few days!

Memorable day

Praise the Lord! My mum went to the 10am Easter service together with me today. Thats not all! She walk down to the altar call together with Lynn and I! Really so happy to see that happen in my family!

Revival really happening in my family. Even those in HK, 2 of my tong mei, my cousin and her family, all has water baptism and beleiving in the same God as me! haha..

THATS NOT ALL!! Even my grandma in HK, every thursday she listen to pastor preaching in the old folk's home. Now, she know Jesus love her and she only believe in God! When my cousin ask her "You does Jesus love?" She will reply Jesus love me and He love you (referring to my cousin)..haha..=Þ

I will continue to pray for revival in my family. I turly believe when 1 member in the family is save, the whole family will be save!

This is really a memorable day for me!

I-Ming

I-Ming is a drama that put up by CHC drama team for Easter 2008. It is a new technology that can let you go back to your pass. Just need to key in the date and time..and version 2 can bring you to the pass even to Jesus time..So that we can witness the cruification and resurrection of Jesus..I cannot imagine that if I can there. Definitely I will cry till flood the whole Jerusalem..haha =Þ

I am really so proud of the drama team as they have put up such a GREAT and TOUCHING drama. It is totally brand new idea. NEVER seen in any Easter service throughout my years in CHC.

Today is a tiring day..Have been serving throughout the day. Only had ONE meal at around 11.30pm..haha..

Thank God for all the kids that came for Super Easter Treat! Really believing for 6500 kids to come for this week children church! Up to now, already there are total approximately 4500 kids has come for our Jurong West service. Praise The Lord!

Old Radio Clock

My dad bought this radio clock abt 28-29 years ago..haha..just 1 or 2 years younger than me. And amazingly, all functions are still working. =)

Parents back

PTL!! haha..my parents are back from Hong Kong after a loooooooong holiday of more than 7 mths.

I went to fetch them from airport. I was late as I was held up at Maysprings waiting for the contractor and chatting with my friend in msn..haha..till I oversee the timing. lol

After send them back, I went down to Maysprings again to open the door for the contractor to remove the tapes. He ask me 1 "silly" question? "AM I STILL SCHOOLING?" I almost fanited though I was wearing very causal today as not meeting client.

Looking forward to this coming Super Easter Treat. I will be serving in all 4 serivces..haha..Challenging!! =Þ

Easter Egg Hunt

CHCSA has a Singapore record breaking event held at West Coast Park. We have over 1200 children participating in this Easter Egg Hunt event on 15th Mar 2008 (Sat).

The teachers who were not doing transport had a hard time clearing all the rubbish..haha

Blood Donation

Looks painful? haha..but the fact is "it is NOT pain at all"..haha

I went to Siplap Community Club for the blood donation today organized by CHCSA. I wanted to be part of the 10% of CHC members who were pledge to go for annual blood donation (usually in Easter week).

Just take this chance to encourage those who are scare of needles, I can guarantee is not pain at all. Just like ant bite. haha!

After blood donation, I went for prayer meeting @ Jurong West church. I has a great personal encounter with God. Especially the last session after the break. Feel so refresh physically and spiriitually.

Believing God for good weather tomorrow as Children Church is going West Coast Park for a record breaking event held by CHCSA.

Rainny Day

It was raining almost the whole day since morning. I wanted to go plaza to settle my bills. But I am too "lazy" to go out cause of the rain.

In my mind was thinking if the rain represent the Holy Spirit. Then He will rain over the whole Singapore and revival will come to my family. I truly believe that my family will ALL become Christian one day.

This is one of my greatest prayer and wish in my mind. 1st, I pray that the "Agape" = "Unconditional" love of God will pour into my family. 2nd, praying for peace in my family. 3rd, pray and believing for salvation in my family.

Servanthood

This week Pastor Kong preached about servanthood (height, depth, length and width). It is really very relevant to my job now. I need to meet customer almost everyday. It is really my service and working extra mile that will impress them and to secure the deal.

I really feel that I shouldn't be only having the servanthood attitude in church. It should extern to my clients.

I will apply what I have learnt in church in the marketplace to shine for Jesus! I am so proud to be part of City Harvest Church!

Before I end today's blog, just wana say today is the 1st time i went karaoke with CCH people (mix zone). It was so fun and hope to join their gathering more often..hehe..=)

Thank God for open door in my career

Today, I brought Johnny to view a corner terrace @ Siplap road. He find is a bit lousy. After the viewing, he say will send me to the nearest MRT station. So when we were on the car, we happen to pass by a coffee shop and he haven't eat his lunch, so I offer to accompany him for lunch. I ordered a bowl of wanton soup, then I remembered I don't have enough cash with me to pay for it and there isn't any ATM around that place. So I actually told him about it and he offer to pay for me instead. Thank God for blessing me with a good buyer! But in the other hand, I feel very paiseh lor! lol..

I put up an advertisement on today's CAT. At ard 3pm, someone (a owner) called me and ask if I market for Sale in certain projects too. Of course i say YES! And arranged to meet her up on Mon at her office to discuss further. She has a few properties on hand. Pray that she will sign exclusive with me. =)

Thank God for all the things happened today!

HAPPY day!

Praise The Lord! My parents finally confirmed their flight and date of coming back to Singapore after more than 6 months in Hong Kong.

Though this is a shortest blog that I ever put up. But it is the happiest 1..haha..=)

Fast and Prayer..pray pray pray!

Today all CCH leaders are fasting for this up coming Easter CCH service. Feel very hungry from 12 noon onwards..haha..then someone reminded me to focus on the vision (Easter), not food (Eater)..though it only different by a "s".

And we went for dinner at Subway before prayer meeting at Bible house. And ALL of us find the sandwich is so delicious. Think is after 12 hour of fasting. =)

I am so proud of Jimmy that he is enrolled to SWAT 2008! We have a great PM and really encounter God in a unique way. Feel so refresh after the PM.

Celebrated YiJie's birthday

Today we went to celebrate YiJie's birthday at pasta de waraku Marina Square. The food is nice. I ordered a pizza with pasta set.

The actual pasta is about half portion of the display set but the taste is delicious..yummy!!

Something to highlight.."Someone" say wanted to slim down 15KG in 6 months during the dinner..haha..If that person happen to read my blog, I will strongly encourage you to cut down on oily food, carbo, ALL fast food and exercise at least 3 times a week with at least 1 hour an session. As for me, I took about 1 year to cut down 13KG. ALL THE BEST to that special someone!

Singapore is so small

Today, I went shopping with Jacky at Bugis. We saw a lot of familiar faces. All are City Harvester. =) Jacky and I went to BHG's toilet, when we get out from there, someone shouted HELLO beside me. I thought she is talking on the phone, so I ignored her. But she say Hello again, so I turn my head and I saw Lena. (1st CCH-cher) After that, we went to B1 and I saw Adeline. (2nd CCH-cher) At around 5.30, We were searching for POSB ATM machine and we find out that there is only 1 ATM machine in Bugis Junction which is located at the MRT station. So we went to queue and withdraw some cash for dinner, and guess WHAT! We saw David Boo. (3rd CCH-cher) That's not all! So 3 of us went for dinner at Food Junction, while we were having out dessert after main course, Jacky spotted Tim. (4th CCH-cher). Singapore is really so small, cannot imagine when our church grow to 50,000, 100,000 members, basically wherever we go, there should be at least 1 City Harvester around the corner watching over you..haha

Since Singapore is so small, but how come JI is still no where can be found. Police even send out MMS to the people in Singapore. His photo is EVERYWHERE! But NO WHERE can be found.

Anyway, today is a tiring day after an unoffical "break" approved by myself. I need to work harder in the marketplace to glorify God! Bible says "He has made us the head and not the tail, above and not beneath!"..."I can do all things through Christ who strengthen me!"

I find myself somehow edicted to blog liao..lol..it is so fun..haha..

Prayer request

Just talk to Susana via msn. She told me that Shereem say my work style is like a rollercoaster. She mention that I am sometime very on and sometime very lax. Haha..I really very pei fu her. She can really sense that even though I seldom talk to her and there are so many associate under her.

And Susana reminded me about what I have promise my 2 bosses. I told them I will work harder this year and my goal is to earn certain amount by end of this year. I must work towards it and won't let go of any leads (small or big).

God, please give me the grace to go through this peroid of HARD time! Praying for reconciliation in my family include those in HK, financial blessing, consistency in my new work, etc!

Today I went to watch movie "L" with Alana and Bing Hui. It was quite a nice show though is 100% not link to the Death notes part 1 and 2. I find L is so cute and handsome. haha..I like the way he type his apple laptop.
After that, we went to Cafe Cartel for dinner. We shared a prok rib and a side dish. All 3 of us are so full after eating the packet of popcorns during movie time.

After the meal, we chat about our generation has seen a lot of changes:

Hope I am able to wake up on time tomorrow morning, so that I am able to reach office on time. Praying that I am able to get my Honda Jazz soon!

Nice food at MOF

Paiseh..didn't update for few days as I was busy with work, ministry and OPM..haha

Today, we went to celebrate Lynn's birthday at Ministry Of Food (MOF) in Bugis Junction. I ordered a Sukiyaki Beef set meal with Mango ice cream. I find the food is very nice. Worth to go again though the food is a bit expensive.

After the meal (breafast+lunch+dinner), we went together with Lynn to buy her birthday present at Singtel shop. But before that, we went to M1 shop to get more information about pocket PC phone and we meet a very friendly htc sales guy. He even show us his personal phone (htc touch dual) which is exclusively sell in Singtel.

She was deciding over these 2 phones:

After a loooooooooong while, she decided to get htc touch dual instead as it is more ladies like.

Tomorrow will be a long day for me. Got to go back to office early in the morning to take some important docuements before meeting my client. I will be meeting another potential buyer in the afternoon.

Normal working day

Today there is nothing much to share..haha

This morning, I "force" myself to wake up. Just feel very tired after a late chat in msn. Someone say got insomnia, so i accompany that person chit chat in msn. (you know who you are..haha)

Though I reached office very late, but I am able to arrange two viewing tomorrow afternoon with my Corner terrace buyer. But one of the seller's agent sound very unfriendly. He say he may not be there as he feel that my buyer is not genuine. sianz..

Exciting and tiring day

After a loooooong time, finally I went for viewing at Ceylon road with my potential buyer. When I reached, I saw a guard house beside the land. And I waited near to the land beside the guardhouse for my client as I reach there 30 mins earlier.

After about 10 mins, a police call stop opposite the land and 1 of the police came over and ask me why am I standing here. So I told him I m waiting for my client to view the land. and he walk away.

Finally my client reached, he said cannot park his car here so we just took a look when drove by. And he send me to my next destination at Tampines st 92.

While we were on the way there, Carmen called me to inform me church need Hong Kong-er to go BeiJing for mission trip from 28th Feb to 2nd Mar and I don't need to pay a single cent for it. I excepted and I am looking forward as it will be my 1st mission trip..Haha (but end up is cancelled..haiz)

I only get to know that why there is a guard house over there when the seller's agent called me. She told me the land is beside our president's house..haha..I find it so funny and I told my buyer is good as 100% safe when the family stay at home..haha

Overall, today is a exciting day but tiring after CG. Looking forward to update my blog again! =Þ

Tiring day

Though today I reach office late (1.20pm). But it has been a very fruitful and tiring day for me. I called most of my potential buyers and trying to arrange for viewing for them.

I read about "feed that frog", I have learn a lot from that few pages of summary. Thanks to Susana. The book says I need to prioritize my work, break it down into smaller task and finsih it 100% before I start the next task and lots more!

When I reached home and turn on the TV. I heard the news regarding "fei fei" 's death. I feel sad as she has really brought a lot of laughter when I was younger.. :-(

CJ 7

My initial plan is to go JB to watch CJ 7 tomorrow but last minute my friend cannot make it..sianz..

I heard CJ 7 is a very touching movie. People will tears in some scene of the movie. I was amazed when I heard that. Coz Xing Ye's movie is always comedy type..haha..I am looking forward to watch the movie! Most prob will watch it next week..haha..

I will have a long working hour today. Need to work harder as I need to fulfill my Building Fund and work towards my dream car! haha..

Branch gathering

Last night I slept for 19.5 hours (3.30pm to next day 11am) after a very looooooong day..haha..From Eugene's wedding on Sat till serving in Expo on Sun.

Today I went for my branch gathering. It is a good time for me to mingle around will the top proudcer (highest record: earn $642K a month) and other associates. I really enjoy the food. It is very delicious. yummy! And find out there are a lot of GOOD singer in my branch. I was amazed! They are really good! But not me..haha

I started to love this job though the market is not doing very well for the time being. I believe that I can get a new car (Honda Jazz) by end of this year.
